Hi @박소현_SS welcome to the community.  I apologize if there are any errors in translation.  I can't view the video, I don't have permissions. 

I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira Site and couldn't find any open issues that were similar to this.  I'll see if we can get Atlassian Support to weigh in on this.  If they don't answer on this post, your Admin can open a ticket using that link for support.
