Hi @Prajwal Ashok Nagrale 

Changing the renderer from a default to a wiki (which is actually a rich text) will not have any impact on your data. But if you were to do the opposite, then all rich text capabilities and formatting would be lost.

When you go to change the renderer you will see a text stating:

Changing the renderer will affect the display of all XXX issues associated with this field configuration. This operation will not change the values associated with these fields. The renderer can always be changed back and the view will be as it was before.

No, the data will not be affected. You can switch back-and-forth as much as you like.
