If any user change the issue type avatar then i should get notification from Jira cloud

we so many users in my Jira cloud so some users changing the Issue type avatar we are confusing this so when they change the Issue type avatar then immediately i will get notification, please help me out this

Hi koteswararao,

Notification for changes like the avatar of the issue type, project, request type, favicon is not available on Jira.
I searched for feature request related to this type of notification but didn't find anything that could help us.
Issue type avatars are only accessible for Administrators, agents don't have access to this type of configuration.
Please, feel free to raise a feature request on jira.atlassian.com (project JRACLOUD) adding more details about why this feature is important for your environment.
