Hello @Harish

Have you tried to construct this automation? If so, show us what you have so far?

What event should trigger this. Would that be the change of a subtask to the "close" status?

Is it always only when 5 subtasks are closed that you want to transition the parent? What if the parent has fewer than 5 subtasks? What if it has more than 5 but fewer than 10?

Or do you want the rule applied only when the parent issue has exactly 10 subtasks?

No Subtask can be as many as we required

For which question is that the answer?

Let me try to simplify my question.

When deciding when the parent story needs to transition to In Progress, how do you decide what number of subtasks must be In Progress?

Is it a static number?

Is it a percentage? If so, is it a static percentage?
