If a sprint is completed before end date, is it considered closed?

I am currently working on some endpoints that gets the status of the sprint. There was a sprint that got completed before the end date. I wanted to know what will be the status of the sprint between the time where it is completed to the end date that is given at the beginning of the sprint.

Hi @Thilina.Peduruhewa  and welcome to the Atlassian community,

you can complete a sprint before the estimated end date. The status after that date is "completed".

hey @Thilina.Peduruhewa , the status of sprint will be changed when you will complete it. No further action will be applied after the end date
