Our Company bought Jira Server License Before 1 year.
We didn't buy additional licenses because we didn't think maintenance was necessary.
Everything works well except that you don't get support in the event of a problem.
however, using the Jira plug-in causes problems. nothing has changed except the expiration of the license.
Currently, it is difficult to use Big Picture, Rmsis, etc. due to this problem.

You shouldn't be affected. I you don't renew, you can't get support & maintenance.
What problems do you face?
The ability to modify Jira issues directly from Biggantt or reschedule through drag and drop does not work.
This is a feature that all worked properly before the license expired.
