If I am using Tempo Planner on Cloud...

Is it true that I can't pull a Capacity report or a Planned vs Actual report? What then is the point of Planner?
If this is true, it means I can plan time for my team, but the report would show only what I have inputted, and not give me any frame of reference on how that compares to the team's capacity or the hours they are actually dedicating to projects.
