I'm trying to see if it's possible to log if a ticket update originated from the Jira app or the Browser portal.
It would be nice if the comments had some data like "via web" or "via app".
Is this possible?
@Kurtis there is nothing like that in the current application. Is there a specific reason you are interested in knowing this?
