Identify Failing App/Component

I recently inherited some Jira admin responsibilities, and need help.
I have a 3rd party app/component that is failing with an "App is not responding. Wait or Cancel" error. We have over 15 apps installed, and I can't figure out which one it failing. How can I identity it so I can fix/remove it?
