For one of my client, they are trying to uplift their ITILV3 to ITIL4 Standards.
Client is currently on SaaS and i assume the Atlassian will ensure at Anypoint in time the version will be upto date.
Anyone faced issues, while trying to incorporate/tweak the Jira according to ITIL4 concepts/flow?
Note: Currently JIRA is as per ITILV3 process.
In simple way, wanted to understand is there any version compatibility on JIRA Software to uplift the ITIL4? considering that client is under Cloud SaaS offering with ITILV3 process configured..
