ISSUE- I'm getting issue to add a team member over jira space

Hey, 

I'm writing to get your kind assistance as when I try to add a new team member into Jira space, it doesn't support to add. 

Member adding process goes well and I'm receiving a new people adding notification as well. While I refresh the page, the member isn't added. 

I'm not sure what's the basic issue. Please help me to sort out this soon.

What makes you think they are not added to the project?  Could you show us the list of people in the project?

Thanks for your support. Please find the attached below: 

 

You can see in the above screenshot as a member is added in the project. While I will refresh the page the invited member will no longer available in the list. 

In addition, the member is also receiving an email notification but he is not able to see project space.
