IQL: Evaluate what has been changed

Hello!

I am relatively new to IQL and Jira Insight. Is it possible to create a query using IQL or the REST API where I can see entries changed since day X AND where the field Y has changed?

And is it possible to create a query where I can see the history of all objects changed since for example lsat week?
