We are not able from our Mobile Phones (Apple) to JIRA and Confluence.
INTUNE Error Require app protection policy

What are the entries in App protection policy to exempt JIRA and CONFLUENCE?

I see that you have a standard plan, do you also have Atlassian Guard enabled? There might be a policy created that blocks you from logging in.
