IP Allowlist feature

Hi,

I want to set IP Allowlist but I can't add directly with my IP, using ipconfig (on windows) command directly, and I see in audit log section another IP and that works for me, 

I want to know how to get the same IP that Audit Log using some command or inside of Jira to add more IPs.
