I would want to link issues (work items) with automation in several different projects

Hi,

We are tracking addresses and different activities that relate to these addresses, so it can happen, that the addresses are in different projects.

Is there a way to create an automation that links all the different work items together in different projects, provided that the summary contains the same info as the address field.

Can you please elaborate more about the addresses? is it physical addresses? emails?

You can use a Global Rule, add a JQL to it that should have the project names and Summary.
