I was signing up and the "Finishing up" banner never ended

Hello there! maybe someone can help me.

I was trying to setup my account and project for the first time, i had chosen a username to create my site like "sitename.atlassian.com" and when the modal popup window "Finishing things up" came up, it never finished, and now I've lost the opportunity to reserve that sitename.

Is there a away to get it back, I now it was available because the validation field told me so, now it says it is taken, but I bet it just is in a wrong state.

Have you tried checking on the https://admin.atlassian.com/ and verify if you successfully created the site with your account?

There is a chance that you have claimed the site, and the site creation is still in progress. If the site creation takes more than 30 minutes to 1 hour, I suggest you raise a ticket with Atlassian Support.
