Hi @Akizumi Ebisawa , it’s not advisable to share the link in a public space. I recommend editing your post to remove it.
Note: You will first receive a message confirming that you’ve requested a password reset. After 24 hours from receiving this initial email, you’ll get another email containing the recovery link, which will be valid for 1 hour.

Rinjini
Here’s a short answer you can post:
It sounds like there might still be a login issue even after resetting your password. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different device. Also, if you’re looking for the latest version of the app, you can check MPLPRO.DOWNLOAD for direct access and updates.

Hi @Akizumi Ebisawa ,
I would recommend you submitting a ticket to support.atlassian.com/contact > "Login issues" > Provide URL, email, and error message.
In the meantime, you can try few methods below:
1) Verify Reset Email: Check spam/junk in your email (the one tied to your Atlassian account). The reset link expires in 1 hour -> Request a new one at id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword. Use the exact email from your invite or previous logins.
2) Clear Browser Cache: Try an incognito window or different browser/device. Disable VPN/extensions temporarily—sometimes they block Atlassian domains.
3) Account Check: Go to my.atlassian.com > Log in (or reset there). If successful, your Jira site (nwp-jira.atlassian.net) should work. If "account not found," it might be deactivated -> Then reactivate via admin.atlassian.com (if you're admin).
I hope everything works out for you :)
Best,
Peter
