I want to update the 'created' and 'updated' fields belonging to the topics from the database.

When I click on the all issue menu in jira, a page opens.

I want to update the 'created' and 'updated' fields belonging to the topics from the database.

I showed the fields I wanted in the picture I sent.

I could not find these areas in jira's database. :(

I'm waiting for your help

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT directly update the database. Aside from destroying historical data, directly updating the database leads to various problems which can require you to restore from a previous backup. The only reason I can see to update the created date is if you import from another tool. In that case create a new field with that tool's create data and put it on the view screen only.

You should not edit those values, they are there for a reason, and editing them smacks of someone lying about what they were doing.  Leave them alone.

And exactly what @Joe Pitt said - you should never touch a Jira database (exception is when support tells you it's the only way to fix something)
