I want to see Releases panel

Hi I have two separate JIRA accounts. In one of them I see a nifty releases panel in the second one I don't.

How do I enable it for the "unhappy" account ?

Checked, but did not find any relevant difference. Any clue on how to spot the right flag ? Thanks

Check your profile - are you using the new layout (experimental) in both instances? Also, do you have versions in both projects you're looking at?
