I need to export all the columns that hav data entered including comments

What do you mean by "mappings between the labels in underlying column names"?  What "mapping"?  Label fields or column names?

It might be easier if you were to explain the goal than the technical question you have arrived at.  What are you actually trying to do?  What do your people get out of this?
