I want to make the custom field name bold

Hi Team,

I would like to make the custom field name 'SMIF Priority' bold in manually, is it possible to do this custom field name Bold.

I know field description; we can make the bold but i can't know how to make field name bold.

let us know, Is it possible or Not??

Well, there is a "nasty" trick you can use here. Although you can't change the formatting of the field names, you can write Unicode characters to field names and there are Unicode characters written with "bold" weight!

I tried and I was able to append the "bold text" generated by the tool to an existing field name without any problem:

I like this solution, and it does work to apply bold (or several other fun fonts) to the heading text. HOWEVER, if someone wants to use that field to apply a filter, they have to know to use the Unicode Bold version to search for the field. So, unfortunately it will not work for most applications where people will want to use filters and aren't fairly savvy with unicode on a daily basis.

Hey Manohar,

We don't have a way to change any formatting in the custom field name, its only in the custom field description. Currently there are no open suggestion tickets on this I believe.

So I think @Karan Sachdev  you guys should take the bold off from description field. 
Im here cause of a customer that now wants every ticket field as they see in the issue view.
