Check my requirement in below image I want that where in image you can see right side "SOW" beside of that you can see None drop down so I want that change in project.
Hi @Vaishnavi Muchi ,
The dropdown next to SOW is a resolution dropdown. Which lets you select an issue resolution. Ideally the resolutions must be updated via workflow transition, if you are able to see the dropdown it means the administrators have messed up the configurations.
Anyways, If you are looking to limit the number of resolution appearing in the dropdown, you either need to contact jira admins to configure the global resolutions, or add a transition property jira.field.resolution.exclude, refer: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/
Kind Regards

Could you please confirm me steps how to add that jira.field.resolution.exclude and where to add...For a clear idea i want steps what to do
I appreciate your answer...
Thank You.

Refer: Advanced workflow configuration
Transition properties
Properties are key-value pairs that can be used to further customize transitions. For example, transition properties can help to extend a copied system workflow to allow language translations.
To view and edit the properties of a transition:
- Select a transition in the diagram.
- Click Properties in the Properties panel.
- Either:
- Add a new property to the transition.
- Delete a property, by clicking the icon to the right of the property.

SOW is your current issue status.
The "None" next to it is the Resolution.
This is normally set when resolving the issue and can only be set thru a transition screen. If you need to change it afterwards you would need to create a new transition with a screen attached to it and on that screen the "Resolution" field.
