I want to know about plans in Jira and new changes in it.
Plans in Jira are basically used for big-picture planning. They help teams look across multiple projects and answer things like: what are we delivering, when will it happen, what depends on what, and do we have the capacity for it?
The main thing to know is that Plans is the newer name for Advanced Roadmaps. So it is not a completely new feature it is mostly the same planning capability, just presented more clearly inside Jira.
Right now, the general understanding is that Plans are meant for:
A simple way to say it is:
Boards are for managing daily work, while Plans are for seeing the bigger picture.
Also, Plans are mainly available in Jira Premium and Enterprise, so they are aimed more at teams that need coordination at a larger scale.
Hi @Hardik Sharma , Welcome to the Atlassian Community
Plans in Jira (previously called Advanced Roadmaps) help teams plan and organize work across multiple projects in one place. It gives a clear roadmap where teams can see what work needs to be done, who is responsible for it, and when it is expected to be completed.
Using Plans, teams can view tasks, epics, and timelines together, track dependencies between tasks, and plan future releases. This makes it easier for teams and managers to coordinate work and keep projects moving smoothly.

Greetings @Hardik Sharma and welcome! You've found a great group of folks here in the forums!
Not certain if you're following any agile at scale methodology (SAFe, Spotify, LeSS), but even if not, I will simply offer as a consideration our DC and Cloud app, Agile Hive to enable all of those requirements you're looking for.
In full transparency, I am a content writer for Agile Hive and offer it as a possible solution to extend the base functionality of Jira. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to try it or receive an in-depth demo at your convenience.
Best of luck in your search!
