Hi All,

I have a Jira Cloud instance. And we have an automation which moves my tickets across the Jira projects.

We have developed a ScriptRunner script which works on gathering information outside of Jira scope.

I am not able to find a way to integrate ScriptRunner script in Jira Automation.

Can someone please help with the possibility of this scenario?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There is not yet a way to run SR scripts from Automation (like there is on DC), but you could set up stuff such that Automation does something that causes SR to do something, or vice-versa.

Thanks Nic Brough for the reply.

I will try setting up some parameter / label / comment which will trigger either automation or SR script.

Thanks again for your time and suggestion.

Regards,

Sukrut
