I want to increase user limit from 10 to 20 or 25 users. How to do this? currently annual subscribe

I want to increase my company users from 10 to 20 or 25. but it's too complicated for annual subscription. Been trying to contact by live chat but it's difficult to get the admin. Please help, it's so confusing

You need to get a quote from Atlassian since you are on an annual subscription.

Change of tier is made through adding/deleting of users. Change of tier is made automatically.

For example in Jira 1-10 users is Free plan, with cost 0$. But if you'll add 11-th user, plan and pricing will change automatically.

to put things straight, I want to increase this limit user, BUT the plan and pricing didn't change automatically since my company use annual subscription ( I heard it'll change automatically when you're on monthly subscription)

Who should i contact or can i increase this by myself automatically (with annual subscription)?
