Hi @Heike Krammer , welcome to the community. First it doesn’t have anything to do with your computer. If you want to be able to edit your workflow you must be a Jira administrator or at least a project administrator. You will need to discuss that option with your current Jira administrator. However it might be best and easier simply to ask you and your administrator to take care of the necessary changes.
