I want to create a multi select list in JIRA with a "None of the Above" option.

I have a use case where I want my developer to mark dependencies on the other working teams. For this I have created a multi select list containing all the teams, developer can now select the applicable dependent teams from the list. Now the requirement is user should be able to choose an option No dependency which when selected no other option in the list should be enabled.

Your requirement is that when developer select the "No dependency" option other select options related to teams should not be available for select? as the field you created multi-select so by default users can select multiple values for this field but you want to restrict them when they select "No dependency" option from the list, is my understanding correct?
