I want to create a list/combo which will have all jira user

I want to create a combo/list box for jira user. Is there a sample code available for it?

Or do I need to call a API to get all the users and then add them to a list/combo box

Hello,

Just add a new user picker custom field. You will be able to enter there any user from your Jira instance.
