I want to copy attachments from my server to cloud Instance for single project.

Hi,

I have jira server(6.2.4) having 60 projects with customization plug-Ins. My plan is to migrate that server data to new jira cloud. 
1) Plan is to migrate project by project manually. I created every schemes and custom fields and users manually for issues i did CSV import. I need one suggestion how to move my attachments from my server to cloud fro single project.
Note : I tried to upload my attachments in to Zip format in cloud its uploaded but attachments are not shown in issues.
2) I need one more suggestion  is we have 300 users in my server ,want to migrate 300 users to cloud.

Jira Server 6.x is way too old to generate fully compatible exports for the current versions of Cloud.

You will need to upgrade to Jira 8.10 (you might get away with 8.5 or above, but I wouldn't bother looking at anything below 8.5), then do the export and import.

We are migrating only one project, In that project having 100 attachments. I moved all the issues from server to cloud but I need suggestion , how to move these 100 attachments from server to cloud.
