I want to change the language of a group of users/customers?

Hi,

I have a built a Service Desk for French users. Then I connected our French AD to create the users.

Our default language for the Jira system is English. So is the Portal.

Now what happens , is that the users are created with English language.

How can I change the user preference language from English to French ?

Hi Thorsten,

On JIRA, every user has the ability to change it's own language.

They have the feature to change it's language on their profile if they want.

Accessing the profile, there is the option to change it, to the supported.

There is a feature request open for the Admin to override user preferences.
