One of our client she wants to add a pre-populated table for every time she’s going to create they should take it for particular issue type she also wants to add values in that particular table after having pre-populated table in the description field and the second requirement is once she create the ticket she wants to have all the values viewable in the left side of the ticket details usually we have layer, priority everything in the right hand side but she wants it for left-hand side.
