I have a next gen project in JIRA. I want to add custom workflow to all types of issues. I can't do so. In the Project Settings tab I do not see the workflow or issues tab which I can modify.
If have to create new I will have to migrate all my issues from one project to another
Please suggest the best workaround.
It seems I should have selected a classic kanban type as my project type.
You should use Classic project if you want to customize the workflow. NG does not allow you to customize the WF. So yes you will need to move all of your issues to a Classic project.
