Have you contacted your admin, as advised by the message?
What screen are you on when you get that message?
The Hash and Trace codes are useful to Atlassian support to zero in on the messages written in the backend log files when the problem occurs, but unfortunately they are not static codes that we users can look up to get an explanation of the problem. If the problem persists, your admins will need to open a support case with Atlassian Support directly.
