I want my Custom Field to display in the default config for all issues

I've set it up as follows - available on all issues and all screens. But it's not showing up anywhere. Can I get it to go into the Default Field Configuration, rather than having to create a custom configuration for it?
I am a newbie at configuring Jira, though have googled lots of documentation and youtube vids for this without finding a clear answer. Thanks.
