Hello,

I saw the free trial offer online for JIRA software and set myself up easily. I then wanted to add another user to test it. The pop up stated charges of $10.00.

  1. Is it free for 1 person and then charges for a second person?
  2. Time frame of free trial?
  3. Please advise before I incur charges.

I am an employee of a company, I want to test the software and make absolutely no claims that the software will be purchased and adopted by the company. I am NOT asking to opt in for sales calls please.

Kindly let me know how the free trial works today

Thanks a lot

Vyvian

The free trial is for 10 people.  If you're on Cloud, it's 7 days, if Server (where you'd need to install and run it yourself), it's a month.

You won't get sales calls - Atlassian don't really do sales in the traditional ways.  They do have sales people, but they're more for support than bothering people and chasing licene sales.

Thank you Nic, Why did pop up with yellow yield icon appear stating I will be charged $10?

I suspect it's the warning on Cloud - you do only get 7 days there, and I seem to remember Atlassian had some complaints that people didn't warn people about the charge fast enough!
