I want automation playbook to assign incidents directly in JIRA but i am not getting in option of assignee id in "Create new issue (V3) preview" connector in sentinel playbook , please suggest if any alternative option is there?

Are you looking to integrate something with Jira? Can you please shed more light on what the actual requirement is here?

What you are describing seems to be something external to Jira.  Is it Microsoft Sentinel Playbook?  If so, please look at the documentation for that product, or its connector, for support.
