I've downloaded what I thought was greenshot from greenshot.org. Now it will neither open nor uninst

1. When I attempt to use it, I get an error message informing me that greenshot is already running and I should close it. Not true, and I can find nothing to close. Shut off and restart does not clear the error.

2. When I attempt to uninstall, which I really, really want to do, it advises me that I have to close the program before I can unstall it. As I have not yet succeeded in opening the thing, closing it is most unlikely.

Hi @William Butler,

I don't think that we can help you here, this is the community for users of Atlassian software. 

Maybe screenshot is using Atlassian tools and you just used the wrong link.
