I've created a Kanban board, but no issues are appearing.

I have created a Kanban board for the purposes of organizing/prioritizing another employee's work. I am the administrator and the Kanban board is under my personal account. It is using a saved filter that I created that displays tasks assigned to that employee. However, when I view the Kanban, no issues are displayed. Why aren't the issues that are appearing in my saved filter appearing on the Kanban board using that filter?
