I updated Jira and the Start Progress button is missing

Nora Chakalova

Hi guys, I recently upgraded the test version of our Jira instance, and I noticed that the Start progress button does not appear anymore for any ticket or workflow. The exact same ticket for example in the production environment shows it, but the test does not.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Nora Chakalova ,

Please check if there are conditions added to your workflow transition. It might be depending on a particular role/group in your permission scheme.

Thanks,

Reshma

It is working in production. The permissions are the same.

@Nora Chakalova  , could you try running the JIRA integrity checker? It happened to me few times and running that fixed those problems -> https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/using-the-database-integrity-checker-938847667.html

Already tried that, but it came back without any issues.
