I tried to restart jira, however after started, I'm in the setup page

At the beginning, I stop the server by using command stop-jira.sh

Then I start-jira.sh, but it failed,  there are some errors

And I tried to find solutions in community, and do as what community told

Right now, I started jira, however, jira asked me to setup jira(setup page)

I just want my old data back

 I found a solution myself, this is because dbconfig.xml is in root:root, I changed it into jira:jira, then all good

Any suggestions if the dbconfig.xml error is in windows?
