I paid for 2 multi board users of Trello.
And I was going to add 1 more but I didn't add 12 users but they were added and you billed twice. 
I switched my subscription to free now.

I can't remove the 12 users on my board and then I want to use 3 multi boards.
Automatically, you charged multi boards without double checking.

Please give me an update about the bill.
