I need to update the SSL certificate in my version of JIRA 7.4.6 on WIN2008

I need to update my JIRA SSL certificate for version 7.4.6 and I'm not sure of the steps or process for completing this. I thought it would be a easy thing BUT assuming it was ISS but Nope its not.   Where do I start?  I'm desperate as we need to get this functioning correctly as it interface with another app.  Thank you!
