I have a press release written in by the German PR Agency that I need to have translated into English so we can use with UK press...I'm not sure how to request this service through Jira.

Hi @Natalie Homer well there are a few apps for Jira available to translate Jira itself: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=jira&query=translation.

But If you need to translate a press release, Jira is maybe the wrong tool. You should rather look into web services like Deepl or Google Translate or maybe hire an agency to translate your texts.
