I know I can lock issues that have a Done status with the workflow property jira.issue.editable. However, I want to allow users that cancel their tickets to be editable. Is there a way to set this up?
Hi @David Whitlock - Am I correct to assume that currently all resolved issues share the "Done" status and "Canceled" is merely a resolution type for that status? If this is the case, you won't be able to have a dynamic lock (at least not natively). You'll need to consider breaking out Canceled as its own status.
Then as you pointed out, you can use the property on your "Done" status but leave the Canceled status alone which will allow it to continue to be editable.
