I need to create stories with in my epics on the SFEPIC3435 dashboard but it doesn't enable that option, I request your support to make the change in the template type please

You'll have to provide quite a bit of additional information to allow us to help you. Are you using Jira Cloud or Data Center? If it's Jira Cloud, what project type are you trying to create stories in: is it company managed or team managed?

How are you trying to create these stories? Is it from within an epic that you are trying to create child issues or is it from the Create button at the top of your screen? Or even from another view?

Can you create other issue types as child issues for an epic and is it just stories that you can't create? Or is there no option to create any type of child issues in your epic?

Do provide as many details on all of the above so we can better assist you.
