I have a task that, due administration purposes, must be manually cloned. This task has several subtasks. What I need is at the moment I clone this task I can choose which subtask I can clone. Because not all the subtaks that are in the tasks are needed.
Is that possible? there is a way I can accomplish this?

Natively, using the manual Clone Issue button - this isn't possible - you can select to include all the Sub-tasks, or none of them.

If you need to perform similar actions on a regular basis I can also recommend Deep Clone for Jira.
With our app it is possible to bulk clone tasks along with subtasks and filter the subtasks using JQL as you can see in the screenshot below.
