I need to Log Work and the option is not available

I need to Log Work in each jira issue, but the option is not available. It doesn't show

This suggests that you do not have the permission to log work.  You should talk to your project admin about getting it.

I'm the admin, how can i active the permission?

Go to the permission scheme for the project and check who has "log work" permissions, then modify your account so that it matches (it will be something like "to log work, user must be in the role of developer", so in that case, you would need to add your account to the role of developer in the project)
