I need only two of my users to move the workflow forward and backward. How can I do it?

Hi Surfaraz,

If I understand your question correctly, you require a condition in the workflow which will restrict the transition to only two users. This can be done by editing the workflow , and adding a condition to restrict the  respective workflow transition to only the two specific users.

Jira Settings ->Issues ->Workflow ->edit workflow -> Conditions

before creating issue transition how can I enable it?

there are no options for conditions.

Hi Surfaraz,

You cannot apply condition on create transition,as it is the first transition of the issue. If you want to restrict issue creation for user then you can do that using permissions. But you can add conditions on other transitions . I am attaching screenshot for your reference.
