I am finally back in to my account with a new recovery key. however my account still looks like it thinks I have MFA setup for the account on my phone which I do not! I need my MFA reset.
Possibly the admin needs to?:
Move the account to a policy where two-step verification is optional, then I can reset two-step verification, and then they would move me back to the original policy?
