I need help writing a query for finding issues that breached their SLA the previous week.

Dean Yuhas July 15, 2019

I am trying to write a query to find issues that, sometime during the previous week, the resolution time was breached.  The issue may have been created at any time previously (days, weeks, months), but may have been in a Blocked or Pending status at the beginning of the week, and then sometime during the week the status was changed to an "active" status.  It was during this "active" status time, that the SLA was breached.  Or, as usual, the issue may have been created last week, but was not resolved or moved to a blocked or pending status by the end of the week, and thereby breached its SLA.  The query would have to be able to handle both types of breaches.  I am not concerned with acknowledgement or any other breach, just the time to resolution.  Thanks in advance for any help.

Dear @Dean Yuhas ,

have a look at JQL: Functions, history, and sorting. With the right combination of WAS, CHANGED FROM, DURING you could almost realize what you want.
